Manuli Fluiconnecto Holdings B.V., announces the acquisition of a majority interest holding in Fluid Tech General Trading L.L.C.
Mohammed Irfan the company’s founder, along with the current management team, who have extensive knowledge and expertise in the UAE and G.C.C. hydraulics markets, will now lead this new and dynamic partnership with Fluiconnecto by Manuli. Mr. Dominik Joachim – General Manager of Fluiconnecto said “This acquisition, represents an important first step in the Middle East, as strategically, it also further strengthens Fluiconnecto by Manuli’s growing and globally connected network of over 120 fully owned service points and mobile van operations across Europe, the Middle East, South Africa, Asia, Australia and South America”.
Fluid Tech’ based in the Emirate of Dubai, has achieved rapid growth over the last two years, through its dedication, development and focus on the supply of hydraulic components to a diverse range of market sectors, especially those in the construction, marine and energy industries.
Fluid Tech’ will now also change its name to ‘Manuli Fluiconnecto U.A.E’, adopting in the process, Fluiconnecto by Manuli’s global brand name in the field of high quality hydraulic connectors and related services, along with its extensive market expertise, resources and technical know-how. |
