At Fluiconnecto, we believe our people are our greatest asset, and great people know great talent. That’s why we’ve introduced the Employee Referral Bonus Program, to thank you for helping us connect with high-quality candidates.
How it Works
There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can submit, as long as you have the candidate’s permission before sending us their details. However, please ensure you follow the correct process, as referrals that are submitted after the candidate has already interviewed or made contact with Fluiconnecto through another channel will not be eligible for a reward.
To make a referral, simply complete the form here. You will be asked to submit your referrals CV and Cover letter, along with a short explanation (just a few sentences) about why you think they’d be a great fit for Fluiconnecto. If your referred candidate is hired into an eligible role you will receive a bonus of $500. If they successfully complete their six-month probationary period, you’ll receive another bonus of $500.
Role Eligibility
Only certain roles are eligible for the referral bonus. Referrals for casual positions, fixed-term contracts of less than 12 months, or any role filled via a recruitment agency will not qualify. Similarly, candidates who currently or previously worked at Fluiconnecto, who have already applied via another method, or who have been referred by another employee or submitted by an agency, are not eligible for a bonus.
Please note that employees involved in the hiring or selection process, or those responsible for recruitment (including the HR team and the hiring manager), are not eligible to participate in the program.
Referral Bonus
The referral reward is a gross payment subject to tax and will be processed in the next available pay cycle once the referred employee passes probation. To receive the reward, both you and the referred employee must be actively employed by Fluiconnecto at the time of payment and not serving a notice period. Only the first employee to submit a candidate will be eligible for the reward; the bonus cannot be shared.
Contact
While the progress of the candidate’s application will remain confidential between Fluiconnecto and the applicant, you will be notified if your referral is successful and once the candidate has completed their six-month probation period.
