Meet the Hyspec team : Marcel Rossat
Marcel Rossat, a Swiss National, joined Hyspec Mining Services in 2010 as Project Manager for Guinea. Prior to joining Hyspec, Marcel held diverse positions in Switzerland and Guinea, ranging from teaching, to school Director, to Logistics Manager. In May 2012, when the Hyspec Board decided to separate its Guinea and Mali operations, Marcel was promoted to the position of Operations Manager for Guinea.
“My role consists in ensuring that appropriate procedures and staff are in place in Guinea so that Hyspec Mining Services can develop its business to its customers’ satisfaction”, says Marcel Rossat. “It also consists in making sure that ongoing communication is maintained with all of our customers so that we can adapt our services and solutions to their evolving needs. What I like most about my job at Hyspec is to work closely with our customers on the ground to give them the solutions that best fit their needs and help them save valuable time. My favorite projects are the ones that involve building or improving workshop lubrication, refueling facilities or service trucks.”
