Some more Organizational Changes at Hyspec Mining Services

Hyspec Mining Services is pleased to announce the addition of new operations and regional administration and finance managers to its West Africa team.
Margot Dufour and David Dobson both joined Hyspec as Operations Managers on October 22nd. Margot will be in charge of Burkina Faso, whereas David will oversee Sierra Leone. They both bring to Hyspec extensive international work experience.
Margot is Canadian, fully bilingual (French and English), and has 20 years of professional experience (Customer Care, Office Administration, Supply Chain Management), including 6 years of African management experience in the mining environment. She has previously worked in Burkina Faso as Office Manager for a mining company and as Supply Chain Manager for a drilling company.
David has spent many years working in Tanzania, Ghana, and recently Afghanistan. He has been involved in mining operations, heavy equipment and power generation, in retail markets, commercial contracts and military contracts.
Andre Nel joined Hyspec Mining Services as Regional Finance and Administration Manager – West Africa – on September 10th, 2012. Andre is based in Takoradi, Ghana, and is responsible for all administration and finance in West African Anglophone countries, namely Ghana and Sierra Leone.
A South African national, Andre is an experienced expatriate Finance Manager with over 20 years management experience in overseeing, designing and redeveloping business operations in the telecommunications, manufacturing and engineering sectors across the African Continent.
