What is Tube Bending?
In hydraulics, Tube Bending refers to the mechanical process of curving or ‘Bending’ straight hydraulic tubing to create precise shapes and paths for fluid system.
It involves using machinery to apply force and permanently shape the metal tubing or pipes into customer’s desired forms. This technique allows for the creation of complex shapes and forms that are necessary for diverse applications.
What to expect from our Fluiconnecto Tube Bending Service:
In some countries, Fluiconnecto offers a comprehensive Tube Bending service designed to help our customers achieved customised hydraulic solutions.
Tubes are bent according to customer specifications, coordinate tables, or directly from 3D models, with diameters ranging from 6mm to 42mm and lengths up to 6m. The most common materials used are steel and stainless steel, with other options available on request. Each assembly is measured after bending with a 3D measuring device to guarantee accuracy and quality.
