HIGH PRESSURE MISTING SOLUTIONS
When designing high-pressure misting systems, Fluiconnecto Water Hydraulics Division uses components from high-quality suppliers. In this way, we ensure a longer service life of the systems and optimal performance during operations.
Each system is designed according to the customer’s specific needs. The type and amount of components employed will vary according to the requirements and purpose of the system, for example, the nozzle sizing and positioning, the type of control system and the pump unit selection. However, there are usually five basic components commonly found in the engineering of a high-pressure misting system:
INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING
Once the system has been designed and manufactured, the installation and commissioning can be performed in different approaches, according to the customer’s requirements and preferences.
Fluiconnecto can take care of the complete process (system delivery, installation, and commissioning), as well as, if the customer requires so, just support with supervision and guidance. All delivered systems are 100% tested at the factory to ensure a trouble-free commissioning at the site and the installation and operating instructions are always included.
The same system can be used in different misting applications, the difference relies on the purpose of the system. Each system is tailor-made according to the requirements of each customer, which include the size of the area to be covered, the location (for inside or exterior environments), and the environmental conditions among other factors.
