Fluiconnecto Czech Republic Launches Sustainability Program

Our new energy efficient program is set to launch in Czech Republic’s OEM Plant. This new initiative is designed to incorporate substantial energy savings measures to enable our OEM Plant to reduce operating emissions, enhance sustainability credentials and lower exposure to future energy price volatility.

At Fluiconnecto, we have a responsibility to do what we can to minimize our energy consumption and remain sustainable. This program allows our company to align with modern-day sustainability programmes and ensure an environmentally friendly future. Major energy savings from this program include:

• LED lights with a lower energy consumption
• Web application for easy remote control
• Specific lights and heating control system set-up by shopfloor sectors
• Sensor driven automatic adjustments
• Individual setting of intensity and color (by unit or by section)

Incorporating LED lights to our Czech Republic facility means we can use considerably less energy and offer the same volume of light. Our facility can now significantly reduce energy consumption and remain economical with our usage.

Main feature and benefits of LED lighting include:

Longevity

LED lights last up to 20 times longer than standard forms of lighting like compact fluorescent lamps (CFL), halogen lamps and incandescent bulbs. This means we will minimize waste and reduce landfill.

Brighter

Brighter lights mean fewer lights used. LED lights are bright because they have a higher lumen rating compared to other forms of lighting.

Non-Toxic Elements

Unlike fluorescent lights, LEDs do not contain any form of toxic chemicals. Fluorescent lights contain toxic argon and mercury vapour, disposing of these lights has significant toxic impact on the environment when they reach landfill.

Cost-Effective

Although the initial cost may be higher than conventional lamps, Fluiconnecto will save in the long term by a noticeable reduction in energy usage.

Efficient

Standard LED lamps are an eco-friendly solution. These lights can be up to 80% more energy-efficient than other lights as they burn cooler and waste far less energy.
