SHARING SESSION WITH CUSTOMER SANY TO INCREASE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

On the 21st of November last year, the OEM team in India organized a training session with customer Sany.

During the half an hour session, the OEM FLC India Application Engineering team shared valuable information with Sany India line operators regarding Hose Routing best practices.

This experience helped the FLC team establish a stronger relationship with the customer, adding value and ensuring that the products are installed correctly, resulting in a longer life.

One of the outcomes of organizing this type of activity with a customer is to be recognized as a trusted supplier. Earlier last year, in October, Fluiconnecto OEM India was awarded by Sany with a “Best Supplier Award” for New Development Support in 2018.
